Online Redemption:

• eGiftcard works like a store credit and is stackable with promo code.
• At the checkout page, enter your eGiftcard code (up to 5 eGiftcards can be used in a single transaction). 
• Enter the OTP corresponding to each eGiftcard as prompted. 
• Once eGiftcards are validated, the total value of the eGiftcards will be applied as ''eGiftcard Payment Received''.
• Pay the balance amount and complete the transaction.

In-store Redemption: 

• Visit any of the COURTS Stores in Singapore.
• Once you complete your shopping , please proceed to the cashier counter.
• Present your eGiftcard(s) to the cashier and advise the amount to be utilised before payment is made.
• Once the cashier scans your eGiftcard(s) into the system, you will receive the OTP. Share this with the cashier.
• Once amount is deducted from the eGiftCard(s), redemption is completed.

• Can be used for general, sale or promotional items except concessionaire products and vouchers.
