This Voucher is only valid for the GoCar and GoCarXL services in Singapore, and applied to GoCar and GoCarXL order requests made within 30 days from the date of enrolment.
After a promo code has been enrolled in-app, the vouchers that appear in the user’s voucher wallet will only be valid for 30 days from the date of enrolment. Eg: For vouchers that were enrolled on the last day (30 Mar 2022), the last day of use would be 30 Apr 2022.
Each Promocode is valid to be enrolled in app until its validity. Please check validity mentioned on Voucher. Please do not enroll code in-app if you are not ready to use within 30 days.
The Voucher may only be applied towards the fee charged by Gojek and the driver-partner in connection with the completed trip requested in your GoCar order.
The Voucher may not be applied towards any cancellation fees, tolls, road-usage charges, or building and area entrance charges incurred by our driver-partner during your trip, which our driver-partner shall be entitled to collect from you.
This Voucher may only be used once, and is not refundable, replaceable, or exchangeable for cash.
No refund shall be given if the value of the Voucher used exceeds the fee charged by the driver-partner for the transportation service.
There are no minimum transaction amounts required for use of the Voucher. Only one Voucher can be used per trip request.
Vouchers may not be valid when used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or other vouchers.
If you choose to make payment for your trip in cash, Gojek shall not be responsible for any errors in the amounts paid by you to our driver-partners.
Gojek reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Voucher without prior notice.
Gojek will use its reasonable endeavours to give prior notice of any material changes to these terms and conditions; however it is Your responsibility to review these terms and conditions before using the Voucher, and Your use of the Voucher will constitute Your acceptance to the amendments.
Your use of the Gojek Application shall continue to be governed by the User Terms of Use (accessible at: https://www.gojek.com/sg/terms-and-conditions/).

How to use

Upon payment, look for a unique promo code within your Order Details and copy it.
From the menu button in the Gojek app, tap on ‘Promos’ and ‘Got a promo code? Enter here’.
Key in the unique promo code and verify.
Once verified, your voucher will appear in the ‘Vouchers’ tab under Promos. You will have 30 days to use the voucher.
Tap on ‘Use’, key in your pick-up and drop-off details, make your booking and you’re good to go!
