• Digital Gift Cards cannot be topped up. Up to 4 Gift Cards can be redeemed in one transaction.
• If the value of the items purchased Online is less than the total value of the Gift Card, you can re-enter the same Gift Card details on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance.
• If the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance using additional Gift Cards, or other payment methods provided.
• Refund policy: Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable, and cannot be transferred, or sold to other parties. Any unused amount will not be refunded after expiry. 

How to Redeem

• Online Redemption: During checkout, enter the PIN number of the Gift Card on the website.
• In-store Redemption: Present the Digital Gift Card with PIN number to in-store cashier during checkout.

• Please take note of the stated voucher validity as there will be no extensions.
• Gift Card will be locked after 6 unsuccessful attempts to enter PIN. To unlock the card, please contact Toys “R” Us for support.
• Digital Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other Gift Cards.
• Star Points will not be awarded for purchase or reload of Gift Card.
