Applicable for use on: ZALORA Singapore (www.zalora.sg), all items except under beauty, electronics, home and lifestyle categories. Use of vouchers on Merchant site will follow merchant T&Cs.
Stackable with other promotions/vouchers: Stackable with Brand Vouchers and Bonus Vouchers. Not stackable with other Zalora and Bank/Payment Voucher.
Minimum spend: N/A
Applicability:The voucher code can only be used at ZALORA Singapore and is applicable for multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted or the card expires.
Refund policy: Voucher code is not redeemable for cash and cannot be cancelled. In the event of a return, the refunded amount will be credited back to the voucher code, which can be used for future purchases. Voucher code will not be replaced nor reimbursed if lost, stolen, damaged or expired.

How to Redeem

Sign in to ZALORA Singapore app or www.zalora.sg and add items to cart.
At checkout, go to “ZALORA Voucher,” enter the voucher code and click “Apply.”
Proceed with checkout as per normal.

Other Terms of Use

Voucher code must be entered upon checkout.

Only one (1) voucher code may be used per order.

Voucher code is only available for use once during checkout and any remaining balance will be kept in the original voucher code which may be used for your next purchase. The original expiration date will apply.

Voucher code is stackable with Brand vouchers. Voucher code is not stackable with any other Zalora and Bank/Payment vouchers.

Voucher code is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
