Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
No-shows and any booking changes that lead to a change in the booking ID will not be eligible for Cashback.
We can only track your Cashback if you show up for your booking.

Other terms and conditions

IHG Hotels & Resorts terms and conditions:

Commission is only available if your purchase is completed online
Orders made on external partner pages or using external partner voucher or discount codes (eg. banks, telcos, loyalty networks) are not valid for Cashback
Customers will only be rewarded a commission when their stay is completed at the booked hotel
Commission is only available for commissionable IHG Hotels & Resorts room rates (any costs incurred outside of room for example dinner, parking or room service are non-commissionable)
Commission may be declined if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g. voucher codes, student discount, staff discount
Bookings will now be tracked with the commission based on the booking value. The booking value is subject to change post-checkout. Commission will not be paid out until an average of 6 weeks after the stay is completed
