You won't get Cashback on:

Group Buying Products
Digital Products like Mobile Reloads or Game Credits
Resellers, Agent sites and Giftcard orders
Orders made using Hongbao (红包) or promo codes
The portion of orders offset by Taobao Points, Merchant Vouchers, Timed Offers or New Store Promotions
Store promotions, discounts or special deals unless otherwise stated
Any Gift Card, Voucher or store credit purchase
Any store credit redemption
Vouchers or Promo codes not featured on our platform
Taxes · Service charges · Shipping and delivery

Any amounts you pay using Gift Card, Voucher, Promo or store credits will not qualify for Cashback. The balance you pay using card or cash will still be eligible. If the balance is $0, you'll not earn Cashback on the purchase.

Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.

Other terms and conditions

Taobao Official Store terms and conditions:

Cashback will be tracked 1 day after you have received your order and click “Confirm Delivery” (“确认收货”)
Cashback rates vary for different products set by different stores. Shopback will give out the cashback according to commissions received by the Taobao stores
The usage of Tmall Points and Vouchers, any instalment payment methods will still qualify the purchase for Cashback
After adding the first product in the cart, you can continue add item from the same merchant without going back to ShopBack app
After adding the first product in the cart, you have to redirect from ShopBack app / ShopBack web again and add a new item from a different merchant
Any amount offset by Taobao Points, Merchant Vouchers, Timed Offers or New Store Promotions will not be eligible for Cashback, only the remaining paid amount will be eligible for Cashback

Complete your shopping in one go: Always start from this platform to visit the store directly, for every new transaction. If your store visit is interrupted by an app update or download screen, restart your shopping from our platform.
Don't use adblockers or click on other links
Don't click on any third party links or extensions or use VPN or adblocking software, as they could result in your Cashback not being tracked. Some examples include: Facebook ads, Google Ads, other loyalty or cashback extension links.
Empty shopping cart first
For Taobao Official Store, you need to clear your cart, close the Taobao Official Store app, open this platform to visit the Taobao Official Store app or website and complete your purchase there in order to earn Cashback. You need to do this for each purchase.
Restart from this platform if payment fails
If you encounter payment errors during your purchase, you should restart your visit to the Taobao Official Store website or app from this platform to ensure that your Cashback continues to be tracked.
