Notes
- -Excludes credits, tax, delivery and service charges
- -Using a promotional/voucher code that has not been approved by Viator will void cashback
- -Cashback is not available on theme park purchases
- -Cashback will not be provided if a purchase is made via a Card Linked Offer. A Card Linked Offer is a reward provided by your credit/debit card provider, bank or third party app which rewards for payments made using your credit/debit card
Other terms and conditions
- ShopBack must be the last link you clicked in order to get Cashback. If other website links are clicked after clicking through ShopBack, Cashback will not be tracked (E.g. coupon websites and deal websites)
- Return to ShopBack and clickthrough to Viator every time you are making a new transaction
- Accounts that engage in fraudulent orders/activities to game/cheat the Cashback system will be banned and Cashback forfeited
- Cashback will be paid out on completed tours only and allow for up to 30 days & Virtual tours are exempt
- Any tours or experiences tracked to the Viator Travel Agent Programme are not eligible for cashback
